Lead Cinema Manager Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading cinema company as a Lead Cinema Manager.

  • As a Lead Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our cinema complex.
  • You will supervise and train a team of cinema staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Operational Responsibility for Cinema: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the cinema complex.
  2. Overall Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to your team to achieve high performance and results.
  3. Revenue and Financial Responsibility for Cinema: Manage cash handling, inventory control, and financial reporting to achieve budget targets.
  4. Customer Service: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Cinema Worker Level 3 or 4 with supervisory experience.
  • Retail, Food and Beverage, Cash Handling experience.
