Cinema Operations Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a cinema complex, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employees and facilitate training
  • Be accountable for the projection area and cinema operations on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments
  • Apply quality control techniques to ensure excellence in all areas
  • Support revenue growth across all cinema departments
  • May be operationally responsible for food preparation departments

KPI's:

  • Operational efficiency, WHS compliance
  • Achieve advanced competence in cash handling

Bio-Box specific objectives:

  • Deliver high-quality on-screen presentation and in-cinema experience

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cinema Worker Level 3 or 4 with supervisory experience
  • Retail, Food and Beverage, Cash Handling expertise
