Job Summary
A highly-driven achiever is sought to join our leadership team as a casual Duty Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the business in the absence of senior management, conducting open and close procedures, and training existing and new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the business in the absence of senior management, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Conduct thorough open and close procedures, including secondary cash handling, to maintain accurate records.
- Train, lead, and coach existing and new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback, addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
- Work with the management team to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the safety of all team members and customers, maintaining a secure and respectful environment.
- Communicate and implement operational standards and policies on shift, adhering to company guidelines.
Requirements
- Six months' experience as a level 3 cinema employee, demonstrating expertise in multiple departments.
- Competence in front-of-house departments and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong computer literacy, proficient in software applications relevant to the role.
