Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of our psychology clinic.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on streamlining systems, managing administrative tasks, and driving business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can think strategically, take charge of operations, and make a real impact on the organization.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software such as Coreplus, Cliniko, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • A systems-thinking mindset to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to train others in tech and process improvements.
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health, or psychology settings, with a strong understanding of Medicare billing and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
