Head of Partnerships and Revenue Growth

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our retail and revenue growth initiatives as the Head of Partnerships and Revenue Growth. This is a critical role that will drive business growth, develop strategic marketing plans, and oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to maximise Virgin Australia's profitability and achieve retail and partnership marketing goals.
- Lead the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios.
- Drive direct-to-consumer marketing and communications across multiple markets.
- Manage commercial sponsorships and partnerships, and develop strategy to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Lead a team to deliver on a plan or strategy, and take ownership and accountability for a department.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and decision-makers.
