About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our growth efforts in the accounting channel. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and growing our presence in this critical market, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the accounting channel, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Lead a team of business development managers and relationship managers to drive sales and revenue growth in the accounting channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including accountants, bookkeepers, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform growth strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the accounting or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the accounting channel and its dynamics, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
