Career Transition Specialist

This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals navigating career changes. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering assessments and counselling services to help clients transition into new careers.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the best course of action for each client.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, employers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to design personalized Return to Work (RTW) programs that address their unique needs.
- Deliver Assessments and Counselling Services: Conduct in-depth assessments to guide clients toward new career paths, taking into account their skills, interests, and strengths.
- Cultivate Relationships: Foster effective partnerships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Design RTW Programs: Identify barriers to returning to work and develop customized programs to support injured employees in their recovery and eventual return to the workforce.
- Visit Workplaces: Engage with workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers, providing education and guidance on the benefits of healthy work environments.
