As a rehabilitation psychologist, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio and providing support services with flexible work options.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries by assessing their needs and developing suitable plans.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work and organize appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
- Provide vocational counseling and conduct assessments to help clients achieve their goals.
- You must be a qualified psychologist with experience in rehabilitation counseling.
- Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor is required.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist is essential.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to work autonomously are necessary.
