Job Description

About You

  • Registered with a professional body or regulatory authority.
  • Possess a tertiary degree in Counselling or Psychology, completed fifth year for Masters Degree applicants.
  • Passionate about helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

The Role

  • Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals facing unexpected career changes.
  • Conduct assessments to guide clients towards their new career path.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Identify Return to Work barriers and develop programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
