As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives. Our approach focuses on delivering tailored employment solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders, including employers and participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely work with participants to understand their strengths, skills, and career aspirations.
- Identify suitable job opportunities and develop personalized employment plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to secure job placements and ensure a smooth transition for participants.
- Provide ongoing support to participants throughout their employment journey.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Proven experience working with diverse groups, particularly those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employers and participants.
