About You
  • Registration with a relevant professional body is essential.
  • A tertiary degree in rehabilitation counseling or psychology (or equivalent) is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are highly valued.
  • Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans is necessary.
The Role
  • Conduct assessments to guide individuals toward their new career paths.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work practices.
