As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of our Spice Central Kitchen and Bar. This includes collaborating with F&B management leaders to deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests' expectations and Heartist Service philosophy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with F&B management leaders to execute the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar.
  • Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests' expectations and Heartist Service philosophy.
  • Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events.
  • Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
  • Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.

Requirements

  • A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to make our functions memorable.
  • Experience in food & beverage operations and events roles within the hotel industry.
  • Experience in Conference & Events an advantage.
  • The ability to work within a team and build rapport with all departments in the business.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
  • Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts.
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia a must. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
