People and Culture Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the growth and success of the organisation by developing and implementing effective people strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and experience in human resources to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner.

About the Role

The role involves partnering with various stakeholders across the business to provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.

You will be responsible for delivering and enhancing people initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and onboarding processes.

Additionally, you will provide training and support to managers, ensuring consistency and quality across key people processes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide innovative solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers and leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Deliver and enhance people initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide training and support to managers, ensuring consistency and quality across key people processes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
