Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading your section and ensuring that every dish is prepared to the highest standard.

As a Chef de Partie at our hotel, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs, using only the freshest ingredients to create exquisite dishes for our guests. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, training and mentoring junior chefs, and upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least two years experience in a similar role
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
  • Mandatory certifications include Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, desirably Certificate IV

It is also essential that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects safely.
