About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team at our site. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role provides maintenance planning to the maintenance team on shift.

  • Ensure the rejects system is prioritised due to environmental obligations. This includes thickness testing and rotations/replacement of pipes.
  • Maintain all equipment files in an orderly fashion and ensure all equipment records are up-to-date.
  • Work with Coordinators to develop and improve detailed work plans for all equipment.
  • Develop and implement detailed work schedules (Project Gantt) for specific planned maintenance and project work tasks.
  • Identify and ensure availability of appropriate resources, tools, and materials for planned and scheduled work tasks.
  • Maintain all tooling/safety equipment to OEM specifications and perform periodic calibrations/inspections.
  • Minimise production downtime and scheduled maintenance through effective planning/scheduling techniques.

Requirements: You will have extensive operational experience, be technically-minded, and have a passion for emerging technologies. Ideally, you possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant Trades qualification or 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • High-level knowledge of Maintenance Work Management Process
  • High-level knowledge of CMMS
  • Skilled in SAP PM Module
  • High-level knowledge of Defect Elimination
  • QMS1, QMS2, QMS3
  • Generic Coal (Surface) Induction
  • Coal Board Medical
