About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at our CMJV site.

The successful candidate will provide maintenance planning to the CHPP maintenance team on shift, ensuring the rejects system is prioritized due to environmental obligations.

  • Maintain all CHPP equipment files in an orderly fashion and ensure that all equipment records are up-to-date.
  • Work with the Maintenance Coordinators to develop and continually improve detailed work plans for all CHPP equipment.
  • Develop and implement detailed work schedules for specific planned maintenance and project work tasks.
  • Ensure appropriate resources, tools, and materials are identified and available for planned and scheduled work tasks.
  • Ensure all maintenance tooling/safety equipment is maintained to OEM specifications and periodic calibrations/inspections are performed.
  • Minimize production downtime and scheduled maintenance through effective planning/scheduling techniques.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive operational experience and be technically minded with a passion for emerging technologies.

You will possess relevant trades qualifications or minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role. A high level of knowledge of maintenance work management process and CMMS is required.

Skilled in SAP PM Module and QMS1, QMS2, QMS3 certifications are essential. Additionally, Coal Board Medical certification is necessary.

You will have a genuine commitment to safety and demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and hazard identification.
