Job Title:

Ambitious Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors and staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in a timely manner.
  • Manage stationery supplies and petty cash with attention to detail.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front desk area.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to visitor enquiries.
  2. Process mail and deliveries in a secure and efficient manner.
  3. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
  4. Assist with staff rosters and training schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Conduct home tours and provide information to potential residents and their families.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced reception environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn internal software systems quickly.
  • Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.
