Join the Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive Team

Position: Front Desk & Retail Dive Professional (Divemaster or Instructor)
Location: Townsville, North Queensland – Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, the iconic SS Yongala Wreck, and the Museum of Underwater Art (MOUA)

Are you a qualified Divemaster or Instructor with a flair for customer service?
Do you enjoy balancing dive operations with front-of-house service in a busy, fun, and rewarding environment?

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused dive professional to join our team in a dual-role position — where you'll spend your time both behind the scenes and in the water, helping to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and delivering top-notch service at our retail office
  • Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing bookings for snorkel and dive tours (online, phone & in-person)
  • Supporting day-to-day retail sales, including product advice and stock upkeep
  • Assisting on trips as a Divemaster or Instructor (based on qualifications and trip needs)
  • General administration and office tasks to keep things running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

  • Certified PADI Divemaster or Instructor (SSI DM also considered)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, flexible multitasker with a proactive attitude
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience in tourism, retail or bookings is highly desirable
