Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Route Manager to coordinate local, interstate, and international pick-ups and bookings with customers. This role involves determining the best carrier for any given situation and lodging enquiries, bookings, and providing quotes.

This is a full-time position requiring prior experience working in a customer service-based role within the transport industry. The successful candidate will be available for standard Monday to Friday office hours and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate local, interstate, and international pick-ups and bookings with customers.
  • Organise bulk trucks for interstate freight.
  • Generate consignment paperwork for customers.
  • Assist customers in determining the best carrier for any situation.
  • Lodge enquiries, bookings, and provide quotes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a customer service-based role within the transport industry.
  • Available for full-time employment with standard Monday to Friday office hours.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
