Employee Wellbeing Specialist Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Employee Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for those passionate about employee wellbeing and looking to make a lasting impact.

In this role, you will work closely with the Client Operations team to coordinate wellbeing appointments, assist with wellbeing projects, and support the clinical team. You will maintain and improve wellbeing service systems, contribute to programme evaluations, and ensure seamless delivery of wellbeing services.

  • About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, proven work experience in administration or office management, solid organisational skills, including prioritisation and attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. They will be willing to undergo a National Criminal History check and commit to upholding high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
