
Employee Wellbeing Strategy Specialist

About the Position:
The Employee Wellbeing Strategy Specialist is accountable for developing and implementing effective wellbeing initiatives. The role involves providing expert advice, training and support to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering wellbeing programs to improve individual outcomes and mitigate risk
- Developing and managing policies and procedures to support Company well-being initiatives
- Coordinating workers' compensation processes and cases
- Facilitating return-to-work processes and trend analysis to monitor performance
- Providing case management and administration of ill and injured employees
- Generating reports to inform stakeholders on program effectiveness
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications, skills and experience in certified return-to-work coordination, personal injury practice or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships, credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Return to Work Coordinator certification
- Extensive experience in workers' compensation/personal injury claims management, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
- Robust understanding of mental health and/or anatomy and physiology, and knowledge of Child Safe regulation
