Employee Wellbeing Strategy Specialist

About the Position:

The Employee Wellbeing Strategy Specialist is accountable for developing and implementing effective wellbeing initiatives. The role involves providing expert advice, training and support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering wellbeing programs to improve individual outcomes and mitigate risk
  • Developing and managing policies and procedures to support Company well-being initiatives
  • Coordinating workers' compensation processes and cases
  • Facilitating return-to-work processes and trend analysis to monitor performance
  • Providing case management and administration of ill and injured employees
  • Generating reports to inform stakeholders on program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, skills and experience in certified return-to-work coordination, personal injury practice or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships, credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Return to Work Coordinator certification
  • Extensive experience in workers' compensation/personal injury claims management, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
  • Robust understanding of mental health and/or anatomy and physiology, and knowledge of Child Safe regulation
