
Employee Wellbeing Specialist

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract as part of a highly skilled team focused on return-to-work, injury management, and wellbeing within a large organisation.
As an experienced professional, you will work closely with management and staff to promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture. This includes developing and implementing proactive employee health and wellness programs and engaging injured workers returning to work.
Key Responsibilities- Drive proactive injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives within the distribution centre
- Support injured workers returning to work and engage and educate managers and staff
- Develop and implement proactive employee health and wellness programs
- Demonstrated experience in return-to-work, injury management or occupational rehabilitation
- Strong communication and consultation skills with the ability to engage all levels of staff and external providers
- Expertise in discussing injury and treatment-related issues with stakeholders
