Booking and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Booking and Customer Service Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional booking services for patients while utilizing your time effectively for Consultants and Clinicians.
The role requires a high level of customer service, understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. You will work efficiently with limited supervision, meeting deadlines and established work priorities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating bookings, managing waiting lists, scheduling appointments, and meeting outcome targets.
- Working effectively as an individual, communicating and consulting with clients and staff at all levels of the organization.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in:
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a working environment that supports contemporary human resource practices.
- Ability to coordinate bookings and ensure delivery of high-quality service in a changing environment.
