Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Bondi Westfield team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, processing specialized orders, and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a personalized and engaging experience
  • Process specialized orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive sales through product knowledge and recommendations, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury and cutting-edge products
  • Contribute to a positive and fun team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a collaborative environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt
