  • Assist customers with special services, including gift wrapping, gift registry, and locating merchandise.
  • Efficiently process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, features, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to build sales and increase productivity.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail and/or homewares.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30kg, and climb ladders.
