  • Escalate customer complaints to management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Contribute to a team environment that values team members, fosters accountability, and promotes a positive work culture.
  • Develop skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and development opportunities, driving personal and professional growth.
