Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Pottery Barn in Bondi Junction. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and providing product information.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and current sales and promotions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build sales and increase productivity.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contest goals.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail and/or homewares.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 kg, and climb ladders.
