About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Experience Officer to join our team at Ingenia Holidays Bonny Hills. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to our park, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Actively promote our park and its amenities to guests, highlighting the unique features and benefits
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest issues are resolved efficiently

About You:

  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • Passion for the tourism industry, with a strong sales ability and a desire to promote our park and its amenities
