Job Title: Bartenders

The Bartender role is a key position in the shore-beach-house where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in mixology.

This fast-paced environment requires multitasking, high levels of organization, and excellent communication skills. As a member of the team, you will need to maintain a clean and safe working space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
  • Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately, ensuring all drinks meet a high standard.
  • Providing top-notch customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Working effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining a clean working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

Preferred qualifications include RSA certification and previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting.
