About You

You're ready to lead with purpose in a role where your experience, presence, and standards make a lasting impact. With a strong foundation in food and beverage, you bring composure, precision, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service - for both guests and your team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, professional F&B service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Engage confidently with guests, resolve issues with professionalism, and uphold service excellence.
  • Lead service sections and assist with rostering as required.
  • Support and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
  • Collaborate with FOH and kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and hotel policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Be flexible to work across all Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel as required.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to stock control, ordering, and daily operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and hands-on leadership.
  • A genuine focus on attentive, professional guest service - ensuring every detail is considered and every guest feels valued.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting, with the ability to balance service delivery and team coordination.
  • Confident bar skills, including cocktail-making and strong product knowledge, with the ability to lead from behind the bar when needed.
  • Professional, personable, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Creative mindset with a drive to meet challenges head-on.
  • Ability to manage service and admin tasks efficiently, mostly on your feet.
  • Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and day/night shifts.
  • Strong drive to grow your skills and leadership career in F&B.
  • Physical readiness to work across a two-level venue and large site.
  • High standards for cleanliness, service, and attention to detail.
  • Valid RSA and Food Handler certification.
  • Current driver's licence is advantageous.
