Tijuana in Manly is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.

We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for bartenders who share our passion for fun and great service.

If you have bar experience, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a love for South American flavours, this position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff, waiters, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • RSA Certificate
