About the Opportunity

CGLRS is seeking a highly skilled Senior National Program Manager to lead client service and manage the field and operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Best in Class Planning and performance across all client programs, through on-going evolution of processes, capability and efficiencies in line with client and retail requirements.

The Senior National Program Manager will build strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome, drive Best in Class Planning and Execution of the client program, and provide direction to the field team. This role requires someone who can juggle conflicting priorities, meet client deadlines, and lead the team with a tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both the business and client's needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in account service or a related industry, field experience, and a solid understanding of field management activities. Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Internet Access, are essential. Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential. Experience in financial management and high-level written and oral communication skills are also required.
