About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our First Nations Investment Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of investment programs aligned to First Nations strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement, development, and delivery of investment programs aligned to First Nations strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, artists, and community leaders to bring these programs to life
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support and improve programs and processes
  • Prepare engaging briefing, reports, and presentations for a range of stakeholders
  • Manage the secretariat function for the First Nations Board meetings
  • Scope, plan, and refine programs to maximise impact
  • Manage relevant program contracts and budgets
  • Work with the evaluation team to measure, analyse, and report on program outcomes
