Manager First Nations Investment Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our First Nations Investment Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of investment programs aligned to First Nations strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement, development, and delivery of investment programs aligned to First Nations strategic priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, artists, and community leaders to bring these programs to life
- Provide subject matter expertise to support and improve programs and processes
- Prepare engaging briefing, reports, and presentations for a range of stakeholders
- Manage the secretariat function for the First Nations Board meetings
- Scope, plan, and refine programs to maximise impact
- Manage relevant program contracts and budgets
- Work with the evaluation team to measure, analyse, and report on program outcomes
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Salary of $110,812 per annum + 11.5% superannuation
- Paid leave between Christmas and New Year
