About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager First Nations Development Programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of First Nations creative and cultural industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage programs aligned to First Nations workforce development and training priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bring programs to life and drive impact
  • Provide high-level guidance to internal stakeholders to shape First Nations workforce and professional development
  • Manage program contracts and budgets, ensuring everything stays on track
  • Work with the evaluation team to measure, analyse, and report on program outcomes
