About Cyber Security Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to manage and improve customer security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to defense security regulatory requirements, develop security policies meeting business objectives, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement controls to protect customer digital assets.
  • This role involves developing and enforcing security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include performing regular security audits, identifying cyber security risks, and implementing security controls.
  • Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection, Security Event log monitoring, and developing and maintaining Cyber Security Assessment and Authorization (Accreditation) documentation suite are also critical aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in cyber security/information technology or related experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Cyber security risk management/policy development/governance.
  • Strong knowledge of security audit, documentation development, vulnerability management, and security event monitoring.
  • Industry certifications like CISA, ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor or similar are desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.
