About the Job

We are seeking a Cyber Governance professional to lead our team in Group Tech. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support and mentorship to deliver high-quality work and achieve agreed goals.

The key component of this role is establishing governance functions across cyber defence, developing a comprehensive training and awareness function that includes ongoing education, communication and engagement with employees to promote cyber security awareness.

About You

To be successful, you will require prior experience in GRC functions, particularly in developing policies, processes and procedures. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards is desirable. A leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.

Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC or CISSP would be highly desirable but are not mandatory.
