About This Role

As a Senior Manager, Cyber and Tech Governance, you will lead a high-performing team of cyber professionals dedicated to safeguarding the bank's digital ecosystem.

This pivotal role sits at the heart of our Cyber Security and Risk function within Group Tech, where you'll shape and implement governance frameworks, policies, and risk strategies that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance our cyber resilience.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability.

From overseeing risk assessments and compliance audits to managing third-party assurance and cyber training initiatives, your leadership will directly influence the strength and integrity of our cyber defence posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of cyber professionals in safeguarding the bank's digital ecosystem.
  • Shape and implement governance frameworks, policies, and risk strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance cyber resilience.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability.
  • Oversee risk assessments and compliance audits, as well as manage third-party assurance and cyber training initiatives.
