Lead Guest Experience Specialist

This role is an integral part of the store leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our stores every day.

The Lead Guest Experience Specialist reports to the Store Manager and plays a vital role in building, managing, and developing team members. They create an environment where people feel valued and have opportunities for growth, ensuring their team delivers outstanding guest experiences aligned with company values and directives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a respectful and inclusive team culture that welcomes and celebrates differences.
  2. Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, engage directly with team members, and help them understand how their work supports store success.
  3. Implement the Store Manager's People vision for the store and cascade it to team members using independent judgment.
  4. Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse team.
  5. Provide training and coaching to team members, identifying development areas and sourcing training solutions.
  6. Lead performance management activities, including direct feedback and continuous check-ins, facilitating team acknowledgement and rewards.
  7. Maintain day-to-day store operations, addressing guest feedback and issues, and monitoring performance metrics against goals.
Requirements:
  • 1 year people management experience.
  • 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
