Job Summary

We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our practice groups and ensure seamless performance. The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate assistance, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Legal Assistants with administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks, and negotiate alternative timeframes as needed.
  • Liaise with business services and other teams to coordinate urgent mail and courier requests.
  • Prepare files for archiving and manage file returns and retrievals in accordance with firm guidelines.
  • Assist with internal and external events and functions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and enthusiasm for proactive work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with a maximum term contract.
