The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for people leadership and mortgage operations, with excellent team management skills.

In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering innovative financial lending products that are at the forefront of digital banking. You will be an active contributor to achieving strategic objectives within Mortgage Operations.

We operate in various markets, including Consumer, Residential, and Commercial, offering diverse opportunities for growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture among your team members.
  • Support the development of multi-process capabilities within our Mortgage Services Teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for process reviews and projects across our organization.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong team leadership experience, preferably in a similar size team.
  • Proven experience in Residential Mortgage Lending processes, with a solid understanding of operations.
  • Exposure to automation and innovation projects within mortgages is highly regarded.
  • Awareness of Operational Risk Management is essential.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant banking legislative and privacy regulations.
  • Experience in using multiple IT Platforms and multi-tasking capabilities.
