Senior People Leader

This role is a key appointment for the HR function, responsible for leading a team that delivers strategic people initiatives and operational HR services. The Senior Leadership team defines the HR plan, which this role will help to implement.
">Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leaders in a coaching capacity to identify business strategy needs and levers for implementation.
- Use data analytics to drive performance improvements within the HR team and provide valuable insights to leaders.
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring that meets organizational standards.
- Manage HR advisory services focusing on employee guidance, commercial, compliant, and risk-minimized solutions.
- Ensure accurate delivery of HR operations and continuously improve policies and processes.
- Act as a business partner with senior leaders in ANZ on matters such as resource planning, remuneration advice & benchmarking, organizational design and change.
- Participate in designing and leading key HR projects and initiatives for the ANZ region.
- Broad expertise across various HR disciplines including HR business partnering, recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Current understanding and knowledge of employment law practices within ANZ.
- Confidence, credibility, and a proven track record in operating, engaging, and influencing at senior levels of an organization.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and be flexible and agile to changing business needs.
- Sound judgment, decisiveness, initiative, and the ability to prioritize.
- Strategic thinker able to think critically, propose practical and cost-effective solutions, operationalize ideas, and implement plans.
- A willingness and ability to take a hands-on approach where needed to get things done.
