Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with their travel plans and share your knowledge to get them excited about their destination.
  • Ensure a positive first impression and long-lasting relationship to retain business.
  • Assist clients throughout the entire process, from booking to departure date.
  • Identify and establish relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Use in-house systems effectively to organize booking sales.
  • Meet key KPIs and sales targets.
Qualifications
  • High-level customer service skills, with the ability to form relationships and empathize with clients.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Agent.
  • Full-time salaried roles available.
  • Must be competent on one or more GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Amadeus is preferred.
  • Geographical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Package
  • $55K - $75K depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme. Be rewarded for your efforts.
  • Team events and learning development opportunities.
  • Monday - Friday role.
  • Supportive, small team environment.
