Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, including a warm DoubleTree cookie upon arrival.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front office duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
