Job Title: Business Director

The ideal candidate will possess a strong cross-functional background and demonstrated leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing revenue growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand the business while minimizing risk.

In this capacity, you will also drive greater efficiencies through systems and processes, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will inspire and influence the direct team and wider agency, leveraging industry knowledge and experience to inform key decisions.

A critical aspect of this role will be cultivating a culture of creativity and excellence, leading by example and demonstrating a passion for innovation. To succeed in this position, you must be able to motivate and develop junior team members, providing clear roles and ongoing guidance.
