About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in the South East of South Australia. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and acquiring new commercial and agribusiness clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build a diverse portfolio and lead the growth strategy in the region.
  • Experience the satisfaction of fostering and maintaining strong local relationships with an emphasis on exceptional service and community spirit.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and regular networking with senior referral partners.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the rest of the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role.
  • Expertise in commercial and/or agribusiness lending and complex financial structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and excel in Business Development, consistently meeting growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of the business needs and attitudes of commercial banking customers.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
