Job Title: Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our Leadership team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-level people, culture and human resource services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that enhance engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive and Leadership team to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain expertise in the South Australian Government Employment Framework.
  • Provide flexible working arrangements to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Significant experience in HR management within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
