Job Overview:

The Human Resources Advisor role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day matters.
  • Collaborate with leaders to address underperformance and misconduct, including thorough investigations and improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, awards, agreements, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist managers in conducting employee investigations, ensuring fairness and due process.
  • Work together on incident management and facilitate effective return-to-work processes.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR generalist with a solid understanding of HR practices and legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
