We are excited to introduce our new multi-beverage partnership, a $3 billion venture between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food. This strategic alliance will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centers, and over 1,500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.
Our market-leading portfolio boasts over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we aim to position ourselves as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, driving category growth and creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.
The Opportunity: Supply Replenishment Planner – Full Bottle Spirits (FBS)
As we establish our new partnership with Suntory Global Spirits, the Supply Replenishment Planner – Full Bottle Spirits (FBS) will play a pivotal role in embedding our new processes and ways of working. Leading the operational planning interface with the Suntory Global Spirits supply chain, you will ensure efficient and accurate planning, ordering, import, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create replenishment/supply forecasts for imported FBS to meet cost, service, and inventory targets.
- Partner closely with Suntory Global Spirits to order manage full bottle spirits inventory and track international delivery.
- E nsure that stock is available for sale and positioned correctly across the domestic DC network.
- Establish priorities and manage escalations to mitigate the impacts of supply constraints on business performance.
- Effectively manage the planning processes to support portfolio changes, NPD, SKU rationalisation, and minimise the level of slow and obsolete stock.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as new product development launches.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within FMCG.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical ability to operate in a complex planning environment.
- Initiative to improve processes and drive to implement process change.
- Exposure to ERP systems SAP (desirable).
- A positive can-do attitude with desire to make a difference.
