Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Duty Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office desk.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests in a professional manner
  • Provide information to local area attractions
  • Manage administration tasks efficiently
  • Address any guest issues that may arise
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service

About You:

  • Proven experience in a front office department at a supervisory level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems is preferred
  • Experience in events coordination is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bookkeeping/finance experience is highly regarded
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
