Exciting renovations are underway for our sports bar, and we're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our vibrant team and help drive operational excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager with strong gaming operations experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee day-to-day gaming operations, ensuring compliance, smooth service, and a safe, enjoyable environment for patrons. You will also support team performance across the venue, including the upcoming sports bar, and play a key role in leading and motivating a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily gaming room operations, including monitoring equipment, gameplay, and customer interactions
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and venue policies
  • Lead, support, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Assist with operational support across the wider venue, including the sports bar

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager or Gaming Manager in high-volume gaming venues
  • Current NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG competency cards are mandatory
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team while working hands-on
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences in a gaming environment
